From Wednesday 27th April until Sunday 1st May I attended the 3rd IFK Kyokushin Karate Black belt camp at Arnhem The Netherlands, what an experience to train with 175 black belts from around the world for nearly 5 days, Awesome! It was an honour to train with some of the top IFK Kyokushin Black Belts, an opportunity to meet Karateka from around the world make new friends and renew old friendships.
