We had a great beach training session today at Toukley, thank you to Sensei Graeme Rose (Kyokushin Union) for inviting us. It was also a great opportunity to get together with Shihan Jim Phillips(KU), Sensei Yasunari Yahiro (Shinkyokushin), Sensei Simon Pullman, Sensei Alicia Smith (AKF / KWF), Sensei Daniel Langworthy (Hunter Valley) & Sensei Anthony Picone.
